Ingredients
- Cabbage 5 oz
- Leeks 1/2 oz
- Red Onion 1/2 oz
- Carrots, julienne
- Zucchini, grated 1/2 0z
- Pickled Ginger, minced 1 T
- Raw Shrimp, minced 2 T
- Egg 1 each
- Okonomiyaki Batter 2fl. oz
- Shrimp 2 each
- bacon 3 Pieces
- Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise 2 T
- Japanese BBQ sauce 2 T
- Bonito Flakes 0.25 oz
- Pounded Nori 0.25 oz
- Scallions 1T
Directions
Combine first cabbage, leeks, red onion, carrots, zucchini, pickled ginger, raw shrimp, egg, okonomiyaki batter, shrimp & bacon.
Steam on flat top/griddle.
Garnish appropriately with; Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise, Japanese BBQ sauce, Bonito Flakes, Nori & scallions.
