Ingredients
  • Cabbage 5 oz
  • Leeks 1/2 oz
  • Red Onion 1/2 oz
  • Carrots, julienne
  • Zucchini, grated 1/2 0z
  • Pickled Ginger, minced 1 T
  • Raw Shrimp, minced 2 T
  • Egg 1 each
  • Okonomiyaki Batter 2fl. oz
  • Shrimp 2 each
  • bacon 3 Pieces
  • Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise 2 T
  • Japanese BBQ sauce 2 T
  • Bonito Flakes 0.25 oz
  • Pounded Nori 0.25 oz
  • Scallions 1T
Directions

Combine first cabbage, leeks, red onion, carrots, zucchini, pickled ginger, raw shrimp, egg, okonomiyaki batter, shrimp & bacon.

Steam on flat top/griddle.

Garnish appropriately with; Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise, Japanese BBQ sauce, Bonito Flakes, Nori & scallions.
